Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls.
What Youâll Do:
Once every quarter (every 90 days), youâll spend 2â3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
⢠Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
⢠Mark findings on provided site maps
⢠Track mileage and time
⢠Return completed folders to your managers
