Responsibilities include:
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
For Part-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 10 completed client visits per week
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training offered
Participation in outreach

Required Qualifications and Skills:
This position is for Evening and Weekends, candidate will be expected to work both.
Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college and full licensure in their designated field.
Candidates should have Texas state licensure (LCSW, LPC)
Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, clinical case notes and progress notes.
Experience with children, adolescents and adults.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of computer systems, Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
Comfort with collecting the patient's payment information and go over billing if required.
Pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications and Skills.
Preferred experience with individuals, couples, children and families
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Community Outreach experience

Flex time off - with flexible scheduling that you manage, your schedule is your schedule. If you need time to go to a doctor's appointment, you do not need to use PTO when you flex that time to a different day/time on your schedule for the week.
Paid Continuing Education time - all clinicians receive a subscription to the Ellie online learning management system for unlimited free CEU credits
