The Role We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Estimator to join our remote team. This role starts with a 30-day training program designed to set you up for success: • Week 1: Online training & instruction • Weeks 2–4: Hands-on practice focused on Takeoffs (reviewing project specifications, drawings, and addendums) During this stage, responsibilities will be limited to takeoffs only. Once you complete the training program and demonstrate competency and aptitude, you can expect: • Continued base rate @ $20 / hr. • Activation of the profit based commission plan • Expanded responsibilities in estimating, proposals, and client engagement • Remote role, flexible hours (within the bounds of 7am - 6pm) • Clear long-term growth potential, including ownership opportunities This progression ensures you have the foundation and confidence to succeed long-term.
