Part-time Engagement/Impact Specialist
Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for an Employee Engagement/Impact Specialist to join their team for a 7 month contract. This is a part time role, 15 hours per week. Schedule is flexible, can be 3 days 5 hours per day, or 2 days 8 hours, etc. Location is San Francisco but manager is open to remote candidates.
Responsibilities...
Ā Managing the day-to-day operations of Employee Impact Hub
Ā Updating resources
Ā Handling site maintenance, including bug fixes and site updates.
Ā Generate and analyze reports using Tableau to extract data, create visualizations, and identify program trends and insights
Ā Managing inbox communication
Ā Draft and edit emails and other communication materials for employee-facing purposes.
Ā Create and update content for internal newsletters and listervs
Ā Supporting event planning
Ā Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Qualifications:
Ā 3+ years of project management experience
Ā Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management
Ā Data analysis skills (preferably using Tableau)
Ā Experience with event planning and relevant software tools
Ā Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
