Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and implement treatment plans for students with special needs.
Ā Adapt instructional materials and techniques to meet the unique needs of each student.
Ā Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ā Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
Ā Conduct evaluations and assessments according to students' needs
Ā Provide support and accommodations to students during assessments and evaluations.
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
Details:
Ā Elementary caseload
Ā Part-time; 20-25 hours/weekly
Requirements:
Ā Valid GA Speech Language Pathologist-CCC license
Ā Must have strong teletherapy experience
Ā Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges.
Ā Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ā Ability to adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of each student.
Ā Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs.
