Job DescriptionJob Title: Part Time Warehouse Associate - Urgently HiringPay: $22/Hr.Hours: Part-Time - Monday to Friday, 2:30 AM to around 7:30 AM (4-hour shifts; end time may vary based on volume)Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a Part Time Warehouse Associate for a Temp-to-Hire (TTH) position with our client, a well-established company specializing in materials storage and distribution, located in . The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for efficiently processing, storing, and distributing materials within the company's warehouse. This individual will play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position located in Westbrook, ME. with potential for long-term employment.As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for: Processing all inbound containers, D-Bins, tapes, file folders, and miscellaneous items by scanning to the work order and filing them in re-file bins or temporary facility locations. Racking all containers from temporary to permanent locations and updating the system to reflect the new location. Pulling requested files, tapes, containers, or materials and ensuring order accuracy at the item or work order level. Reporting any variances in pulls to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by consistently following company safety procedures. Completing all "end of day" processes and properly logging them. Performing additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or GED. At least 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or records-filing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. The ability to work independently and effectively with others. Proven customer service and communication skills. Basic math and reasoning skills; ability to compute ratios, percentages, and bar graphs. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Comfort working in a physical, fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
