As a Key Holder Cast Member, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Leadership Team and ensuring that our guests have "The Best Retail Experience in the World." Key Responsibilities: Bringing the Magic to Life Leadership on Duty: Serve as Leader on Duty to coach and motivate Cast Members, upholding a culture that builds exceptional internal and external Guest Experiences through in-store entertainment, Guest Engagement, and emotional connection to the brand. Disney Store Mission: Support the Disney Store Mission, "Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages," through inspiring communication, integrity, and passion for the Brand. High Performance Standards: Hold self and others accountable to high performance standards, providing Guests with memorable experiences. Coaching and Feedback: Strengthen others through consistent coaching and feedback, driving productivity and morale of the team. Business Acumen: Understand and drive appropriate metrics to assess business performance, including Mystery Shop Score, Sales Equations, and Controllable Expenses. Store Operations: Partner with the Store Leadership Team to ensure Store is open and closed in compliance with company policy. Policy Compliance: Uphold all company policies as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels, even under pressure, and demonstrate ability to give basic direction and feedback to Cast Members. Attention to Detail: Prioritize Guests and tasks, maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to Disney Store grooming guidelines. Essential Qualifications: The Requirements for Success Physical Demands: Ability to lift boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs. and climb a ladder. Availability: Available a minimum of three (3) days during the week and Saturday and Sunday open availability, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business. Legal Right to Work: Ability to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Retail Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail. Language Skills: Ability to speak fluently in another language in addition to English. Storytelling Ability: Comfortable storytelling in front of large groups of people.
