Part-time Data Entry Specialist (Remote) - Work From Home Job
Renwood Farms is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Data Entry Specialist to manage data entry across our administrative systems. This is a remote, flexible position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to spreading their work hours throughout the week while adhering to our work schedule of 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter company data into proprietary databases, Excel spreadsheets, MailChimp, and CRM platforms.
Perform routine maintenance and data checks, identifying and correcting errors in client, referral source, and tutor data.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.
Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing data across multiple systems.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have or be pursuing a graduate degree in quantitative research, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
Prior experience in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.
Proficient in Google Workspace and MailChimp; CRM experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and the proactive mindset to ask questions when needed.
Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and reliability.
Must be committed to the role for a minimum of one year.
