Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include: Accurately and efficiently entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers. Navigating through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, ensuring expedient and efficient processing to meet client turnaround times. Differentiating between various claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identifying specific document types that require special handling and processing them accordingly. Collaborating with other team members to ensure work is completed within designated turnaround times, supporting a team-oriented environment.
