Job Summary
The Part-Time Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for managing data entry, exercising analytical and critical thinking skills to recognize patterns, and further developing their knowledge of the Academy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Academic Research, this individual will evaluate and collect data on arenaflex network members to enhance institutional knowledge and reporting, parse between relevant and irrelevant data to ensure high-quality data inputs, and enter data on job affiliations and contact information into Google Sheets and arenaflex Salesforce database.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on developing your skills and expertise in data entry, analysis, and research support.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant, your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Evaluating and collecting data on arenaflex network members to enhance institutional knowledge and reporting
Parsing between relevant and irrelevant data to ensure high-quality data inputs
Entering data on job affiliations and contact information into Google Sheets and arenaflex Salesforce database
Managing data entry tasks to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests
Exercising analytical and critical thinking skills to recognize patterns and trends in the data
Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the arenaflex Academic Knowledgebase and its applications
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain focus on time-consuming tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize simultaneous requests
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are desirable:
1 year of relevant work experience preferred
Familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) a plus
