Key Responsibilities 10% Coordinated Agile Ways of Working: Participate in Agile ways of working, including sprint planning and demos, to drive project success. 20% Analysis: Use data analysis to provide insights, interpret results, and suggest data-driven decisions. 25% Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to design, test, and iterate through solutions that meet business needs. 25% Leading Project Teams: Lead project teams of process architects and colleagues to complete process improvement projects through Gemba walks, process mapping, root cause analysis, benchmarking, and more. 10% Presentations: Communicate results and findings through PowerPoint and stakeholder presentations. 10% Solutioning: Collaborate with IT, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions to the field. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration. 2+ years of experience practicing process improvement, with a proven track record of driving results. Experience practicing Agile or Kaizen methodologies, with a deep understanding of their principles and applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and processes in simple terms to diverse audiences. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Visio. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have: Lean Six Sigma certification, demonstrating your expertise in process improvement and lean principles. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, including Big Query and Big Query Assistant. Experience with Jira and Scene, with a strong understanding of their applications in process improvement. A minimum of 2 years of past leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving results through effective leadership.
