Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Support Provide a first-class support experience via email and phone to customers' technical, general, and team product queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Troubleshoot customer inquiries, driving investigations to resolve complex issues and delivering personalized support. Conduct video demos and onboarding sessions for larger B2B customers, showcasing blithequark's product capabilities and fostering strong relationships. Collaborate with blithequark's Product teams, relaying customer feedback, bug reports, and UX improvement suggestions to enhance the overall product experience. Develop in-depth knowledge of blithequark's product offerings, empowering customers to maximize their usage and benefits. The Ideal Candidate: Skills, Qualities, and Experience To excel as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you should possess: 12-24 months of proven customer support experience, preferably in a technical or software-related field. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with experience in investigating app problems, resolving installation errors, crashes, subscription and payment issues, and performance concerns. A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to navigate multiple systems, verify configurations, and resolve complex issues. An eye for identifying commonalities and streamlining processes, with a passion for automating tasks wherever possible. Familiarity with remote communication tools like Slack, and a comfort with working 100% remotely.
