Attend 5 weeks of training, Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs.
Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred, to efficiently manage customer inquiries and respond to chats in a timely manner.
