Key Responsibilities
Gather information from customers to understand their needs and concerns
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, using clear and concise language
Follow established processes and procedures for client programs, ensuring compliance and consistency
Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
Meet individual, team, and department performance goals, striving for excellence in customer service
Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor, even in challenging situations
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment with inbound and outbound calling
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with accurate typing and data entry abilities
Experience with Windows-based software and internet browsing
A reliable and consistent work ethic, with a strong desire to help people
