Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team in Dallas, TX. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls, processing orders, providing status updates, and offering customer service assistance to English and Spanish-speaking customers. Essential Qualifications and Education Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: 6 months to 1-year Customer Service Experience REQUIRED (Call Center or Phone Customer Service Preferred). Order processing experience is required. High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Comfortable using computers and technology. Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers.
