About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Wayfair, engaging with clients through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll handle a high volume of contacts, addressing post-order issues such as shipping queries, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. Your goal is to provide personalized support, resolving client concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities


Handle an expected 50-60 calls per shift, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Meet our elite performance bar by surpassing customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client care efficiency metrics, and completing various tasks as assigned.
Listen effectively and show empathy to understand client concerns, using internal resources to find the best solution to fully address their issue.
De-escalate client concerns by balancing client needs with business options, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
Issue-tackle with a first-contact resolution approach, using your problem-solving skills to think critically and find solutions.
Be informed and multi-task, navigating various programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively respond to client inquiries.
Raise foundational issues to help us continuously improve, identifying areas where improvement is needed for Wayfair clients and sharing trends with leadership.


Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:


Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English.
Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent.
Be available to work 8 hours per shift, with a commitment to being on time and present for your full shift every day.


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued:


Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Previous customer service experience, particularly in an e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in multiple languages.
Experience working with CRM software and other customer support tools.
