Furnish proof of transaction, reimbursements, entry tickets, and currency exchange as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns by providing relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and offering solutions to their problems.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout counter area at all times.
Monitor transactions recorded on balance sheets and alert management of any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail cashier or similar customer service position with verifiable experience.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in operating electronic devices such as POS systems and cash registers.
Strong math skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Customer satisfaction-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
