Required Skills and Qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms. • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
