Perform general clerical duties and assist with various departmental tasks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of experience in banking or financial services in a customer service role
Ability to maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a contact center environment
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance training
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
