Key Responsibilities

Process orders and create estimates in a timely and efficient manner
Answer webchat inquiries and respond to client emails and phone calls
Manage client inquiries, providing timely follow-ups and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date
Support the sales and marketing team by scheduling appointments, updating products on the website and CRM, and performing database cleanup and other similar projects
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience with arenaflex


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in customer service, marketing, project management, and sales. Fluency and proficiency in English are essential, and you must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. You will also need to be flexible and able to cover our west coast US office until 5 PM Pacific time. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt are also vital for success in this role.

Essential Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, marketing, project management, and sales
Fluency and proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work flexible hours, including covering our west coast US office until 5 PM Pacific time
