Part-time Customer Experience Specialist - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and driven Part-time Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers at Protect My Pet. As a remote team member, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and be part of a fast-paced environment with huge scope for progression.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries, identifying areas for process improvement, and continually developing your knowledge of our treatments and services. Role Purpose:
The Customer Experience Specialist role is a crucial part of our team, aiming to assist, delight, and reward our customers. Our goal is to retain and acquire customers by providing exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our brand values: Do Good, Show Empathy, and Spread Optimism.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line response and timely resolution to customer inquiries via email and telephone
Proactively identify patterns or trends to improve our processes and services
Continually learn and develop knowledge of our treatments and services to better serve our customers
Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs
Experience Required:
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e-commerce experience is a plus)
Experience working in a remote environment
Strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills
Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Customer-centric, enthusiastic, and willing to take on additional tasks
Adequate uninterrupted working space at home
Bonus points for having your own cat or dog!
