We're partnering with a reputable Property Management company in West London to find a skilled Credit Controller to join their Accounts Team. As a part-time Credit Controller, you'll play a vital role in managing aged debt and arrears, working collaboratively with the team to achieve success.
About the Role:
Part-time position: 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm (2 days home-based, 1 day in-office at Notting Hill)
Key responsibilities:
Identify and manage aged debt and arrears
Communicate with leaseholders and residents via email, telephone, and formal letter to collect unpaid service charges and rent
Arrange and monitor payment plans
Prepare reports on monies owed and collected
Refer complex cases to senior team members
Prepare documentary evidence for formal recovery proceedings
Requirements and Benefits:
Essential skills and experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient and professional approach to building rapport with residents
Competitive salary: Up to £30k pro rata (£18k actual) for a 3-day working week
Performance-based reviews: Regular reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance
