• * Contract Administration Assistant (Part-Time)

• * Flexible – Work from home or in-office (initial office-based training required). Office is based at Skygate, 5 minutes from Brisbane Airport. We offer free parking and work a stone-throw from the DFO Shopping centre.

Up to 19 hours per week | Flexible days and shifts

• About the Role:
• * In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enabling efficient commercial negotiations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll support the preparation and management of contracts and tender documentation, while also helping internal teams stay on top of key contractual milestones.
• * Key Responsibilities:
• * Contract Management
• Review contracts and prepare departure schedules
• Assist in preparing detailed tender response documentation
• Create clear, concise contract summaries for internal stakeholders
• Maintain a contract catalogue to track key dates (e.g., price reviews, expiries)
• Upload and manage agreements in the HM LEDOX 365 contract management system Customer Experience
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of customer excellence
• Communicate clearly, positively, and promptly to support sales and operations
