Part-Time Contract Opportunity: Scheduling Operations Associate - Remote

About the Role: As a Scheduling Operations Associate, you will work closely with home health care agencies and long-term care facilities to fill caregiver shifts and ensure seamless patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with caregivers and customers to handle scheduling scenarios, attendance issues, and customer service complaints
Utilizing technology to assign clients to the appropriate clinicians and track ongoing cases
Communicating with caregivers and patients regarding schedule updates and changes
Working across multiple software systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and exceptional service
Handling Patient Health Information (PHI) with confidentiality and care
We're Looking for:
Customer service experience and a friendly, positive, and solutions-oriented approach
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
Effective communication skills with clients, patients, caregivers, and families
Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or a related field is a plus
1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
