Part time Contract Bookkeeper Remote | Homeschool friendly job

This role starts at approximately 10 hours per month. If you currently hold a full-time job or are looking for evening or weekend-only work, this will not be a fit. We are a small consulting firm seeking a part-time, contract bookkeeper to support client financials. This is a fully remote role with room to grow over time. THE ROLE This is a remote, contract bookkeeping role that includes: - Bank and credit card reconciliations - Accounts payable and accounts receivable - Billing and customer invoicing - Working with Excel for financial tracking and reporting Some availability during regular business hours is required. REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of bookkeeping experience - 3+ years of QuickBooks experience - 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience - Strong attention to detail and organization - Clear written and verbal communication - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Team-oriented, dependable, and analytical EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Contract - Part-time (starting around 10 hours/month) HOW TO APPLY (REQUIRED) Applications missing any of the items below will not be considered.
