Part-Time Contract Attorney (In-Person/Virtual Hearing Attendance & Drafting)
Overview We a litigation law firm seeking a licensed Florida attorney to assist on a contractual basis with in-person and virtual court appearances and legal drafting. This role is ideal for a newly licensed attorney or an attorney seeking supplemental income and practical experience. Responsibilities • Appear at in-person (and virtual) hearings on behalf of the firm (primarily brief or routine matters) • Prepare clear, professional legal documents based on provided facts and templates • Communicate promptly regarding assignments and outcomes • Follow firm instructions and maintain professionalism with courts and opposing parties Compensation • Paid per assignment • Fixed fee per in-person hearing appearance • Fixed fee per virtual hearing appearance • Fixed fee per legal document prepared • Opportunity for increased volume and compensation based on performance and reliability • $45 - $65 per assignment.
