Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospects and residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and assist with service requests
Coordinate guest suite schedules, loading dock and elevator schedules, and package deliveries
Maintain clubhouse amenities and ensure tour-ready conditions
Assist with resident activities, programs, and events
Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
Work closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultant to support sales and marketing efforts
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate ($19.00 - $20.00)
20 hours/week schedule
