Molly's House of Little Feet Child Care and Preschool is currently hiring for a Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers and Floaters at our facility located at 16540 North Porter Road in Maricopa, Arizona.

Applicant's duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
? Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.
? Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.
? Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
? Positively guiding children's behaviors.
? Exceeding the Department of Health's Child Care Licensing rules and regulations.
? Build responsive, nurturing relationships with children, families, and co-workers.
? Provide a safe, healthy, engaging learning environment to support the whole child.
Lead Teacher:
? 6-month experience (minimum) verifiable experience working with children in a license facility.
? Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, CDA (Child Development Associate), Associate's Degree or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary education and/or related field
? Employment type: Full-time
Assistant Teacher:
? Minimum of High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of eighteen (18) months of verifiable work experience with children in a group setting, 12 credit hours in early childhood education, elementary education and/or related field, and a minimum of six (6) months of verifiable experience working with children in a license facility, Or have training in early childhood education and a minimum of eighteen (18) months of verifiable work experience with children in a group setting
? Employment type: Full-time
Floater:
? No childcare experience necessary, however experience with children is preferred.
? Employment type: Part-time
State of Arizona Requirements:
? At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
? Copy of Driver's License
? Must pass a Criminal Background Check
? A negative TB test within the last 12 months
? Possess or obtain a State of Arizona Fingerprint Card
? Possess or obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
? Reliable transportation
