Part-Time Closer for CRM/Digital Marketing/Real Estate BPO
We are seeking a part-time closer for our real estate business, with a focus on CRM implementation, digital marketing, and design and development work. This position blends sales closing with CRM implementation, digital marketing strategy, and branding (light design/UI-UX) coordination. You will help streamline our customer journey from lead to close while ensuring consistent follow-ups, well-managed pipelines, and polished digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Handle lead follow-up, discovery calls, and closing support to convert prospects into clients
⢠Manage and optimize CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, and reporting.
⢠Maintain professional communication with U.S.-based clients, ensuring timely responses and clarity
⢠Track customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation across tools
⢠Schedule calls, prepare briefs, and maintain a follow-up system to increase conversion rates
Required Skills & Experience:
⢠Experience in real estate, sales closing, or customer relationship management
⢠Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Odoo or similar
⢠Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (email, social media, funnels, ads coordination)
⢠Ability to collaborate with success teams for various departments
⢠Excellent English communication skills, especially for speaking with U.S. clients
⢠Ability to work during or overlap with U.S. business hours
⢠Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
⢠Located in the United States highly familiar with U.S. real estate processes
⢠Confident, personable communication style suited for client-facing interactions
⢠Experience with automation tools and lead-generation platforms
