Job Summary:
Be a Tazikis Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture
Ensure you are providing best in class customer service and experience to all of our guests
Tracking catering issues and following up with customers as needed
Perform call-in order entry, monitor calls input... 3rd party orders and ensure correct delivery scheduling
Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls
Make recommendations and use suggestive selling with the goal of successfully fulfilling the customer's catering order
Maximize store delivery schedules for efficiency
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age
Flexible schedule
Energetic
Prior food service experience preferred
Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests/team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities
Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
All Employees Must:
Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook)
Your Working Conditions/ Hours:
This is a part-time position. Hours for this position are:
Tuesday - 10-6
Wednesday 10-6
Saturday 9-5
Sunday 12-5
(Hours based on Central Time)
Averaging 25-30 hours per week
