You will also handle general customer inquiries and perform other call center duties as required. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your work hours within the specified range. However, please note that Monday is a mandatory 8-hour workday, and you will need to commit to a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 28 hours per week. The company will provide the necessary equipment for you to perform your duties effectively from the comfort of your home.
