We are looking primarily for individuals who are self starters, highly motivated and team oriented. Qualifications: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Previous Customer Service experience in a retail setting. Cash handling skills Strong work ethic with a team player mentality Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma/GED required Experience in the marijuana industry is preferred but not necessary as we are willing to train the right individuals. Duties and responsibilities: Greet/Check-in all customers Product knowledge Use of POS system/cash handling General housekeeping duties for the store Upholding company policies and procedures Stocking sales floor Product packaging Maintain store security Ability to remain 100% compliant in a highly-regulated role, operating under the microscope of ever changing rules and regulations Working conditions: Must have flexible availability including 12 hour shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays Physical requirements: Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, crouch and reach What We’ll Need From You: Regular and on-time attendance Weekend/Evening availability is a must Professional, Trustworthy and Positive Attitude Reliable transportation Must be a Maine state resident over the age of 21 Must pass a Criminal Background Check and obatin and maintain an IIC card per State of Maine and Office of Cannabis Policy regulations High School Diploma or GED Benefits: Product Discounts Bonuses ETO We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
