Responsibilities
Maintain and manage multiple QuickBooks files by entering transactions.
Reconcile bank, credit card, line of credit, and other accounts in QuickBooks.
Audit vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and provide accurate financial statements.
Obtain and verify necessary documentation to ensure transaction accuracy.
Support small businesses with consistent financial guidance and important reminders.
Requirements
Required:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
QuickBooks Online certification.
Experience managing multiple QuickBooks files for different companies.
Efficient typing and data entry skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Strong correspondence writing and editing abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree.
