About the Role:
Are you a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Join our team in Aurora, just 30 minutes from Naperville, where you'll provide vital behavioral support to students, helping them develop essential life skills in a positive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and create effective strategies.
Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress.
Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and team members.
Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to plans as needed.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Active national BCBA certification.
Ability to work onsite in Aurora, IL.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
