Part-Time B2B Telecaller (Remote, VA/DC/MD Preferred)
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Part-Time Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to small technology businesses across the nation, introducing our services, generating interest, arranging appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound B2B calls to small technology businesses nationwide
Introduce company services and solutions in a professional manner
Record call outcomes and maintain accurate records in CRM
Arrange appointments and Schedule follow-ups for the sales team
Provide basic information and address frequently asked questions
Ideal Candidate
Based in VA, DC, MD, (preferred, but open to other locations)
Strong LinkedIn communication skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in B2B calling, telemarketing, or customer service
Comfortable working independently and providing end-of-day statuses
Reasonable internet skills experience with CRM tools
Work Schedule
4 hours per day
1:30 PM to 5:30 PM EST
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Hours may increase based on performance and preference
