Seeking Part-Time Aviation Charter Quoter – Phoenix, AZ Key Business Accountabilities: Receive quotes requests via phone call or email Fulfill a high volume of daily quote requests to prospective clients to transition in opportunities to secure charter sales Review fleet/crew member availability and process incoming quote requests to generate pricing that maximizes profitability and efficiency Monitor various platforms and quote trips based on aircraft schedule Determine the needs and expectations of the customer and provide options best suited for the customer and our mission Provide quotes in an efficient and timely manner A high-performing individual who is able to work autonomously in a sometimes-hectic environment Other duties as assigned to conduct business Requirements: This position is part-time and requires weekend/holiday availability Prior experience in aviation is a plus (however, not required) Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a rapport with customers and internal staff.
