Key Responsibilities
Support the Record Goal functional area as an entry-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of company products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems.
Apply knowledge while communicating with delinquent clients to gather and arrange terms of repayment on outstanding account balances.
Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound decisions using either an auto-dialer or direct dial framework to determine the reason for delinquency.
Seek direction from bosses and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal professionals.
Connect with the quick Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related data, as well as internal and external clients.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3+ years of Record Goal, client contact, Customer support, or Sales environment experience, or comparable demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
