Part-Time and Full-Time At Home Customer Service Rep
Position: Customer Service Agent (Future Opportunities)
Hours: 15-40 hours per week...
Pay: $12/hr to start, with increases throughout the first year, transitioning to a performance-based model
Location: Remote (Available for residents of MN, MI, IA, and WI)

Must be able to attend full-time day training for 2 weeks

Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service.
Complete after-call information and data entry to the system.
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in a Customer Service role.
Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired.
High School Diploma.
