Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (flexible)

Locations open: Stockton CA, Modesto CA, Salinas CA, Salt Lake City UT, El Paso TX, San Antonio TX, Austin TX, Phoenix AZ, Dallas TX.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Support professional to assist our Safety & Claims Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong office skills who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a team environment, and can effectively support day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
• Communicate professionally via email and phone with internal teams and external partners
• Provide general administrative support to the Safety & Claims team
• Assist with workers’ compensation claim processing and documentation
• Support safety-related administrative tasks and reporting
• Track and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
• Participate in after-hours Safety Hotline support (nights/weekends):
• Answer calls and document incidents
• Provide basic guidance and escalate when needed
Qualifications:
• Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
• Prior office or administrative experience required
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling phone calls and email correspondence
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience with workers’ compensation claims
• Exposure to safety or risk management functions
