The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of ADP, any ERP system, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance within organizational and legal standards.ResponsibilitiesData Entry and MaintenanceReview and input employee master data into ADP and Deltek Costpoint, ensuring compliance with company policy as well as local, state and federal regulations.Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Employee SupportAddress basic payroll-related inquiries from employees and escalate complex issues as needed.Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hire payroll data is entered correctly.Systems UtilizationWork with ADP and an ERP system to manage payroll data and generate reports as needed.Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and communication.Compliance and ReportingEnsure payroll processes align with company policies and government regulations.Assist with preparing and distributing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.Other Duties as RequestedRequirements and QualificationsBasic knowledge of ADP payroll systems.Deltek Costpoint a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Basic understanding of payroll principles and compliance requirements.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in a payroll or administrative role.Basic knowledge of payroll rules and regulations.Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not mandatory.#LI-BD1Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
