Part-Time 1:1 LVN School-Based | Piedmont, CA
Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work 1:1 with a student in a school-based setting in Piedmont, California for the 2025–2026 school year. This part-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule within a supportive school community.
Position Overview:
• Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – 1:1 support
• Location: Piedmont, CA (onsite)
• Schedule:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM
• Total Weekly Hours: 29.5
• Contract Dates: August 11, 2025 – June 5, 2026
Job Duties:
• Provide 1:1 medical support to a designated student throughout the school day
• Monitor the student’s health and administer prescribed care or medication as required
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support the student's health and educational goals
• Maintain accurate health records and respond to emergencies appropriately
Requirements:
• Active California LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
• Comfortable working independently with one student in a classroom environment
