What You’ll Do Paro has partnered with a CPA firm that is looking for several Audit Managers to support their engagement teams on a full-time basis during the upcoming busy season. As an Audit Manager you will: • Work alongside the Firm’s colleagues in the Financial Services Office (FSO) and contribute to engagement teams within the Wealth and Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets or Insurance sectors • Complete audit procedures and documentation for higher risk areas (e.g. revenue, financial instruments, and income taxes) • Participate in client engagements during a transaction (e.g., initial public offering (IPO), business combination or debt offering) • Maintain productive working relationships with audit clients • Inform engagement leaders of audit engagement status What You Bring • 5+ years of experience as an auditor supporting clients in the Financial Services sectors • 2+ years of managerial experience at a top firm • Active U.S. Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license required • 55 hours per week of availability • Experience in supervising, planning, execution and reporting on audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS • Experience using SOX 404 and applying PCAOB standards preferred • *Please note: This role is for our Talent Network, not our Core Team. #LI-Remote #BI-Remote Expected salary: Location: USA Apply tot his job
