Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist & Website Project Coordinator
Location: RemoteType: Part-Time Contract
Role Overview
Sky Diamond is seeking a part-time Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist and Website Project Coordinator to support client marketing initiatives, with a focus on email campaigns, landing pages, and general marketing operations. This is a client-facing role that requires attending meetings, gathering requirements, coordinating creative and development resources, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
• Attend client meetings to gather requests, timelines, and approvals
• Create internal briefs and manage projects from concept to delivery
• Write and edit marketing copy in alignment with client brand guidelines
• Build and update HTML email templates within marketing automation platforms
• Manage and coordinate landing page builds with designer and developer
• Manage website design and development sprints.
• Manage website devOps and devSec deployments.
• Prepare PDFs/mock-ups for client review and revisions
• Create campaigns and schedule email sends, both campaigns and automations
• Maintain organization in Slack, Asana, and Google Drive
• Monitor list quality and support spam-compliance best practices
• Present ideas and recommendations to client stakeholders
Meeting & Availability Expectations
• Attend 1–2 standing client meetings per week (typically 45–60 minutes each)
• Participate in internal Sky Diamond planning calls as needed
• Be available for real-time collaboration in Slack during agreed working hours
• Support occasional ad hoc meetings during campaign launches or approvals
• Must have availability during standard business hours (CST) for client communication
Requirements
• 3+ years in a marketing automation (Pardot or equivalent)
• 1+ years in website development operations and website development security
• 3+ years experience in Wordpress
• Basic comfort with HTML email templates
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and approvals
• Professional presence in client meetings
Preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Zapier, Gravity Forms
• Work in regulated or compliance-focused industries
• Experience coordinating designers and developers
