Job Title: Medical Malpractice Paralegal
Location: Indiana, USA (Remote)
Our client is expanding its Medical Malpractice team and is seeking experienced Paralegals with direct Indiana medical malpractice experience. The firm handles complex, high-exposure medical negligence matters and offers a collaborative, fast-moving environment with strong professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Manage Indiana medical malpractice case files from intake through trial
⢠Coordinate expert witnesses and assist with expert disclosures
⢠Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation materials
Qualifications:
⢠Direct experience in Indiana Medical Malpractice litigation (plaintiff or defense required)
⢠Strong knowledge of Indiana court procedures and litigation workflow
⢠Experience working with medical records and expert coordination
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 ā $100,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
