Paralegal - Lender/Real Estate Closings (Remote, National Practice)

We are a dynamic, national title and law firm seeking a Paralegal with experience in lender representation and real estate closings to join our growing team.

We operate a high-volume, technology-driven, national platform supporting lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions across multiple states. Our team is fully remote, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional client service with speed, precision, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Support attorneys and closing officers with residential and commercial closings nationwide
• Prepare, review, and organize closing documents (HUD/ALTA/CDs, deeds, mortgages, loan packages)
• Coordinate with lenders, clients, title companies, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth closings
• Manage escrow and disbursement tracking, follow-up on recordings, and post-closing items
• Assist with judgment, lien, and municipal searches, and track resolution of title curatives
• Maintain deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving, multi-jurisdictional practice
Qualifications
• 2+ years of paralegal or real estate closing experience, preferably in lender-side work
• Strong working knowledge of closing documents, title commitments, and recording requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple closings simultaneously
• Comfort with technology platforms (title/escrow software, e-recording, DocuSign, RON)
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative team environment
