Paralegal in beautiful Evergreen, CO

Remote Full-time
Are you organized, detail-obsessed, and love the challenge of keeping busy attorneys on track? We’re looking for a paralegal to join our small but mighty legal team in Evergreen, Colorado — 30 minutes outside Denver. If you’ve got a knack for legal documents, research, and client communication — and thrive in a professional but laid-back environment — read on.

At Coaty & Woods, P.C., we’re a general practice firm with deep roots in the community. Our work spans civil litigation, local government, real estate, family law, and more. You don’t have to know it all — but curiosity, initiative, and high standards are musts. We’re known for being approachable, collaborative, and excellent at what we do.

As our next paralegal, you’ll help draft legal documents, manage case files, prep for court, and keep our litigation efforts running smoothly. You'll work closely with experienced attorneys who value your contributions and respect your time.

What You’ll Love:
• Competitive salary: $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience
• Company 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor contribution
• Health insurance
• Flexible schedule and paid time off
• A supportive, growth-oriented work culture
• Real responsibility, not busy work

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as a paralegal
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Confidence in handling documents, deadlines, and client interactions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal document management
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• A calm head under pressure and a good sense of humor

If you're ready to grow your skills, make a meaningful impact, and work with a firm that values both professionalism and personality — apply today. We're excited to meet you.
