The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of contract drafting or management experience, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Knowledge of the healthcare insurance or self-insurance industry is preferred. Responsibilities include reviewing contract requirements, customizing templates to meet specific client needs, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining organized contract files. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
