Their team includes former judicial clerks and law review editors, and their attorneys are frequently quoted in national media and serve as panelists at prestigious conferences. This is your chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in employment law.The ideal candidate for this role is an organized self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in class action, collective action, and wage and hour litigation. You will enjoy a flexible hybrid work arrangement, splitting your time between the office and remote work. Here is what we are looking for:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, and legal research platforms
Experience with the discovery process and court procedures
Spanish fluency and paralegal certification are preferred.
