Job Description
As a Pizza Delivery Specialist at Papa John’s, your primary responsibility would be to deliver orders promptly to our customers. This includes carefully packing pizzas and related food items, ensuring correct delivery addresses, handling cash, and maintaining a courteous demeanor with customers.
Responsibilities
1. Ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
2. Packing pizzas and related items efficiently.
3. Handling cash transactions while delivering orders.
4. Maintaining a professional and polite attitude with customers, always upholding the company’s image.
5. Communicating with the restaurant staff for order clarifications if needed.
6. Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the delivery vehicle.
Requirements
1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2. Must be at least 18 years old.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good knowledge of local area streets and neighborhoods.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
Educational Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Experience in delivery services would be an advantage.
