Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Delivery Specialist to join our team at Papa John’s International, Inc. As a delivery specialist, your main responsibility is to deliver pizzas and other products to our customers, providing exceptional customer service that upholds the high standards of our brand. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an excellent experience with Papa John’s, from the moment they place their order to the moment they receive it.
Responsibilities:
– Work as part of a team to prepare and deliver orders on time
– Maintain professional, friendly relationships with customers
– Ensure accurate handling of food and delivery of orders
– Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
– Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
– Must be at least 18 years old
– Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
– Auto insurance coverage according to company policy
– Good navigational skills and knowledge of delivery area
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
